Summary
In certain cases, the buttom that allows you to download an XML file is not generated on https://{{accountname}}.myvtex.com/admin/Site/Xml.aspx

Workaround
Right mouse click and select Save link as. When saving, select Type: XML Document in the settings, thereafter the download will start.
