To add an organization in your store, the Add a new organization form must be completed as follows:

Access the form by adding
/organization-request
to the end of your store's URL. -
Complete the form with the company's details as described in this document.

Click the Send button.
After sending the form, the store team must review and approve the request in the VTEX Admin.
Request form
The form for adding a new organization is divided into the following sections:
Add a new organization
The requesting company must provide the following registration data, including any custom fields:
- Organization name: Name of the organization you want to add.
- Trade name: Trade name used by the company.
Organization admin user
Details of the user who will be assigned as the admin of the new organization include:
- Name: User first name .
- Last name: User last name.
- Email: User email.
Default cost center
Details of the cost center with which this organization will be associated.
The form includes the following fields:

Cost center name: Name of the initial cost center associated with the organization.

Phone: Telephone number to contact the organization.

Business document: You can use the corporate registration number, tax identification number, VAT number, or other document.

State registration: Company state registration number.

Country: Country where the cost center is located.

Postal code: Postal code of the cost center address.

Address: Name of the street where the cost center is located.
-
Number: Address number where the cost center is located.

Additional information: Extra details about the cost center's address.

Neighborhood: Name of the neighborhood where the cost center is located.

City: City where the cost center is located. This is completed automatically based on the postal code entered.

State: State where the cost center is located. This is completed automatically based on the postal code entered.

Recipient: Name of the person who will receive the orders at the address provided.
Verifying organizational requests
After submitting the request, the store team must review it in the VTEX Admin by going to Apps > B2B Organizations & Cost Centers > Organizations or typing Organizations in the search bar at the top of the page.
On this page, you can view a list of all the organization requests made in your store.
Each organization can have a status of pending, approved, or denied. Pending requests are those still awaiting review.
To review a request, follow these steps:
- Click an organization or the icon to view it.
- Write a comment in the Add note field, if necessary.
- Click the
Approve
orDeny
button.
The organization's admin will receive an email notification of the approval.
