B2B Store Settings
On this page, you will see the instructions on how to configure the general settings for your B2B store.
- In your Admin, go to Apps > B2B Organizations & Cost Centers > Organization and click the Settings tab, or search for Settings under B2B Organizations & Cost Centers
- Configure the General Settings.
- Auto approve new organizations: Select if you want to approve new organizations automatically.
- Make business document ready only: By selecting this option, the customer will not be able to edit the business document field.
- Make state registration ready only: By selecting this option, the customer will not be able to edit the state registration field.
- Use modal to switch company: This option improves the user experience and simplifies store maintenance.
- Clear cart when switching company or logging in: By selecting this setting, the cart will automatically empty when you switch stores or log into other accounts.
Payment Terms
You can add payment methods by selecting them based on your business needs.
Example: debit card, credit card, promissory.

Price Tables
You can add default prices for the stores you add. Learn more about Price Tables on Pricing.
Trade Policies

- In the Available trade policies list, click the trade policy you want to add to your store and then click
Add to Trade Policy
, which will then be displayed in the Selected trade policies list. - After configuration, click
Save
