Order tracking
On the All Orders page, you can keep track of your store's orders, and on the order details page you can view stages and perform actions throughout the life cycle of an order. You can check the status and interactions of the order, access customer, delivery, and payment data, track delivery, and send emails to customers.

To track an order, follow the steps below:
- In the VTEX Admin, go to Orders > All Orders, or type All Orders in the search bar at the top of the page.
- Search for the order using the search bar, or filter orders to find the desired order.
- Click the order and you will go to the order details page.
- Click
View Interactions
and check the order's status changes, payment, and ERP integration, among others.
