Summary
Sometimes, when an identified shopper tries to add a new address in checkout's shipping step a message requiring authentication is requested but the address form is not shown and can't be filled.
Simulation
- Go to checkout, identify as a shopper with a complete profile and proceed to the shipping step;
- Choose the option to deliver to a new address;

- Enter the postal code and a message requiring authentication will appear.
