If you forget your VTEX Admin password, follow the instructions below to create a new one:

1. Go to the VTEX Admin login page, enter your email address, and click Continue.

2. Click Forgot password. An access code will be sent to your email address.

3. Go to your email and copy the access code you received.

4. Go back to the VTEX Admin login screen and paste or type the access code in the Code field.

5. Enter the new password, which must have at least:

   • 8 characters
   • 1 number
   • 1 uppercase letter
   • 1 lowercase letter

6. Click Set new password.

Once you have completed the above instructions, the old password is disabled, and you can access the Admin with the new password.
