Intelligent Search is an intelligent search platform for digital commerce. It is a native VTEX platform search solution, which helps the customer throughout their shopping journey, regardless of the channel (website, mobile app, conversational, etc.).
It simply and intuitively displays relevant results based on the catalog from the user's first interaction with the store through the search bar, browsing categories, or even through the window displays.
The tool also offers features such as autocomplete, displaying search and product suggestions based on the shopper's context, and filters that help when searching for the desired product.
In addition, Intelligent Search uses historical click and order data to dynamically improve search and handles misspellings, plural/singular, and gender errors. Finally, its configuration makes it possible to improve the customer experience and meet the merchant's business needs.

- Redirects: Redirects is a feature that directs the customer to any other page, whether it is internal or external to your website. This redirect is done in the search area using selected terms or filters. Within the Admin, redirect is called Redirect.
- Synonyms: This feature allows you to add synonyms and relate them to a specific search term, increasing the chance of a successful search.
- Analytics: It organizes the data related to the searches carried out in the store and allows you to export it in a CSV file.
