Summary
When configuring SMS sending in the message centre module, the UI returns an error message even with the configuration being correct.
Simulation
You need to have the movile APP installed in order to simulate the error.
- Access the message centre module
- Select the MOVILE SMS option
- Type in the phone number to test.
Workaround
Since the configuration is correct, once the SMS is normally sent to the configured phone, the workaround for this scenario involves ignoring the error reply given by the UI and following the next configuration steps.
