Resetting your two-factor authentication app configuration

If you have already enabled two-factor authentication login but made a mistake during the configuration or lost access to your two-factor authentication app, you might not be able to access your VTEX account.
Regaining access to VTEX Admin
To regain access to your account, follow these steps:
- Go to VTEX Admin to see your account's login page.
 - Enter your email address.
 - Click 
Continue. - Click Forgot password.
 - You will receive an access code by email. Enter the code you received in the field provided.
 - Enter a new password for your account and click 
Set new password. 
Changing two-factor verification settings
Once you have regained access to your account as described above, you can reset the two-step verification app by following these steps:
- In the top bar of the VTEX Admin, click your profile avatar, indicated by the initial letter of your email address.
 - Click User Settings.
 - In the Authentication, click on the 2-Step Verification row.
 - Select Google Authenticator app.
 - Click 
SetuporChange, if you already have an authenticator app configured. - In case you do not have the Google Authenticator (App Store / Google Play), install it on your mobile device.
 - Scan the QR code using the Google Authenticator app.
 - Click 
Next. - Enter the code that appears in the app in the field indicated on the page.
 - Click 
Confirm.
