How do I request a duplicate of my 'boleto'?
WARNING: This procedure is only for customers billed in Brazil.
In the Billing module, you can check all invoices issued by VTEX and update your "boleto" (Brazilian off-line payment method) to pay it after the due date. If you are unable to access this area, make sure that you have the financial role.
To get the duplicate of your "boleto", access the link available in your Financial Dashboard.
