VTEX is launching the new Operational Capacity (Beta) module, designed to help retailers manage the capacity of sellers to receive and handle orders. This tool allows you to monitor order distribution among sellers and make adjustments to optimize operational flow, promoting a more efficient logistics network.

The Operational Capacity (Beta) module has been developed to improve operational capacity management for sellers, providing the following benefits:

• Smart allocation: Allocates orders more efficiently based on each store's capacity.
• Faster shipping: Prevents overloading sellers, optimizing shipping times.
• Enhanced customer experience: Ensures on-schedule deliveries, increasing customer satisfaction.

No action is required to start using the Operational capacity (Beta) module. This update will be automatically applied to all VTEX stores.
