The order confirmation email is sent twice when two different payment methods are used

Summary

In a purchase made with two different payment methods, the customer receives two order confirmation emails.

Simulation

  1. Access the store;
  2. Add a product to the cart;
  3. Go to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout;
  4. Fill in the necessary information;
  5. Select two different payment methods – for example, note payable and gift card;
  6. Place the order;

Check the emails that have been sent in the Order Management module or in the inbox of the email used to make the purchase.

Workaround

There is no workaround for this scenario.
