I received the message error "the limit of activated calculators has been reached". What to do?

This message indicates that the maximum number of promotions has been reached, and it is not possible to create the promotion that was being configured. You can check this information on the promotions management screen ({AccountName}.vtexcommercestable.com.br/admin/rnb), as shown in the image below.

You must review your active promotions, in order to adjust and rearrange them, so that not so many units are necessary. Usually, It is possible to join several rules in just one promotion. This way, you can improve the performance of the cart, and the organization of promotions.
