How to know if an order was successfully placed
One of the ways to find out if an order was successfully placed is to check whether its corresponding transactional emails have been sent to the customer. To do so, follow these steps:
- In the VTEX Admin, go to Orders > All Orders, or type All Orders in the search bar at the top of the page.
- Select the desired order.
- In the Order History section, check if there are transactional emails.
