Support at VTEX
Opening tickets

Access to a VTEX account gives you access to the support dashboard to monitor your tickets. You can open a ticket by:

  • Accessing the support page.
  • Going to any Help Center page and click Support at the top or Contact Us at the bottom of the page.
  • Accessing the VTEX Admin, click the ? question mark icon in the Information Center and choose the Talk to Our Experts option.
