Support at VTEX
Opening tickets
Access to a VTEX account gives you access to the support dashboard to monitor your tickets. You can open a ticket by:
- Accessing the support page.
- Going to any Help Center page and click
Support
at the top orContact Us
at the bottom of the page. - Accessing the VTEX Admin, click the
?
question mark icon in the Information Center and choose the Talk to Our Experts option.

Support types
When opening a ticket, you need to select the type of support, which can be:
- Technical support: For issues or technical questions regarding the platform or VTEX solutions such as Add-on solutions.
- Billing support: For agreements or financial issues related to the store and VTEX.
- Commercial support: For requesting an additional trade policy, additional environment, franchise account, or user change.
