VTEX Ad Network
VTEX Ad Network connects VTEX stores with brands interested in advertising their products. This connection allows advertisers and merchants to boost their business:
- Advertisers: Brands that can create ad campaigns to promote products in VTEX stores offering the same products in their catalogs, thus increasing sales.
- Merchants: Can offer ad space in their stores for advertisers to promote products. In return, these merchants will receive a fee for each click on an ad in their stores.

VTEX Assisted Sales
Assisted Sales (SuiteShare) is the solution created by VTEX to boost sales through WhatsApp. It allows you to attract new customers, integrate sales tools, and manage user service data and result metrics.
VTEX Live Shopping
VTEX Live Shopping allows creating online broadcasts for live demos of store product features. Direct and instantaneous interactions with customers improve public engagement with the brand and help increase sales performance.

VTEX Shipping Network Correios
VTEX Shipping Network Correios is a partnership between VTEX and Correios, the primary postal service in Brazil. This solution allows stores to use PAC and SEDEX shipping services directly through the VTEX Admin with special rates, thereby reducing operational shipping costs.

Requesting this solution is simple and can be done in a few minutes. To do so, accept the Terms and Conditions and enable the solution in the store's Admin. These are the features available in the VTEX Shipping Network Correios:
- Synchronization of shipping tables between Correios and VTEX. Every update made by Correios is automatically displayed in the VTEX environment.
- Shipping tracking automatically updated and added to orders.
- Shipping labels available to be printed via the VTEX Admin (Ready to Dispatch module) or via API for integration with external systems (e.g., ERP, WMS).
- Direct communication channel with Correios in the Admin through the Information request.

VTEX WhatsApp AI Campaigns
WhatsApp AI Campaigns is a feature developed by VTEX to recover abandoned checkouts.
When a user leaves the payment page, the platform identifies this action. If the user does not return to complete the order within 1 hour, the feature sends them a notification via WhatsApp.
The main advantages of this feature are:
