Compatibility and requirements for integration

Before configuring and using the integration between TikTok and VTEX, make sure you have read about its compatibility and requirements in the following sections.
Compatibility
TikTok for Business is fully compatible with VTEX IO stores and partially compatible with Legacy or Headless CMS stores.
The only difference is that in VTEX IO stores, TikTok Pixel is installed automatically when you install and configure TikTok for Business. On the other hand, Legacy or Headless CMS stores need to configure TikTok Pixel manually, following the TikTok documentation to insert the code using Google Tag Manager.
Requirements
To use the TikTok for Business app in your VTEX store, you need to meet the following requirements:
- Having a TikTok Business account.
- Having Admin permission in TikTok Business Center.
- Having a TikTok Ads Manager account linked to your business account.
